I offer lash extensions, lash lifts, brow/lash tints, teeth whitening, Hair and Make up services and ombre powder brows. Travel is only available for hair and make up services. However If you do a No call/No show you will be Charged 100% of the service! Plus a convenience fee of 3.5% for any card transactions. • You have the option to a patch test for lash extensions before doing a full lash extension service, if you skip that option and happen to have an allergic reaction to the glue, there will not be a refund. You must book a patch test if you’d like atleast 48 hours before your appointment. • Text if you have any questions • ALL clients must fill out consent/waiver forms • Any client that are feeling sick or has any covid like symptoms MUST reschedule!! Please reach out to me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. • Text or call for all make up appointments. $25 travel fee(20 mile radius) $35 travel fee(20+ mile radius) • Masks required at all times. • No extra people/kids. • Do not wear eye makeup. Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application of the extensions. • All lash services will come with a lash bath. If you refuse to wash your lashes, you waive your right to a correction if you begin to have fall out. Washing your lashes before A lash services helps make sure your lashes are free of oil and make up to ensure the lashes stick properly. • All services are non refundable! There is a 72 hour grace period to fix any lash issues! • Address will be sent to your email 24-48 hours before your appointment. • As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. A confirmation text will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment, if you need to make any changes that’ll be the time to do so. If you fail to give a 48 hour notice you will be required to pay 50% of your service! Plus a convenience fee of 3.5% for any card transactions. • Arriving More than 10 minutes late to your appointment, will not guarantee full satisfaction of your result. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled and charged 50% of the service. • will work before/after hours for an upcharge of $20, must message me to book. • Must put down a $20 deposit to hold your after hour appointment, that will go towards your balance. (Venmo or apple pay) Deposits NON REFUNDABLE. • Any Client that No call/ No show, must pay 1/2 the previous service that was missed and must pay a deposit for the next service(goes towards balance) in order to book another service with me • I have the right to refuse service or turn away a customer! • No refunds!!
